Hi, I’m Riccardo Brusori, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that life is a continuous journey of discovery. From my academic background to my professional career, every experience has shaped me into the person I am today.
Where It All Began
I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and business, which led me to pursue my studies at the University of Groningen. Those years were a turning point for me—immersed in an international environment, I developed a deep understanding of strategic management and problem-solving, skills that would become fundamental in my career.
Stepping into the Professional World
After completing my studies, I knew I wanted a career that combined technical expertise and commercial strategy. This drive led me into roles that allowed me to work in business development, sales, and key account management in highly technical industries.
Currently, I work as a Key Account Manager at JENOPTIK, where I specialize in the field of semiconductors and advanced manufacturing solutions. Every day, I have the opportunity to collaborate with cutting-edge companies, helping them optimize their production processes with high-tech solutions.
Lessons Learned Along the Way
If I had to sum up the most valuable lessons from my career so far, I’d say:
